Approval and listing terms.

DCT Safety Consulting is Zavrynt’s original Founding Featured Provider and is not part of this paid program. Its listing remains complimentary for life.
Founding status is limited to the first 25 new businesses approved by Zavrynt.
Payment does not guarantee approval. Zavrynt may decline a business that cannot document legitimate operations or creates a safety, legal or reputational concern.
If Zavrynt declines the application, the $199 listing fee will be refunded.
The seven-day publishing commitment begins after approval, cleared payment and receipt of all required information and usable materials.
The first-year purchase is a one-time payment covering 12 months. It does not automatically renew.
Each vendor remains responsible for its own services, claims, licensing, pricing, customer agreements and legal compliance.
The Zavrynt Trusted Vendor badge may be displayed only while the vendor’s listing is active and in good standing.
Zavrynt may suspend or remove a listing and require badge removal for credible evidence of fraud, deceptive practices, unsafe or unlawful conduct, material misrepresentation, repeated unresolved customer complaints or badge misuse.
When practical, Zavrynt will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to respond. Urgent safety, legal or consumer-protection concerns may result in immediate suspension.
Membership terminated for cause is not eligible for a refund.
