Founding Vendor Membership

Join Zavrynt’s first group of approved business partners and place your company in front of mines, contractors, equipment professionals and blue-collar families searching for trusted resources.

Your first-year membership includes:

• A dedicated vendor profile on Zavrynt.com
• A Founding Vendor badge
• Priority placement ahead of standard vendor listings
• Your services, service area, business description, photos and approved links
• Consideration for relevant Zavrynt social-media features
• Listing published within seven calendar days after payment, approval and receipt of all required information

Important approval terms

Membership is limited to the first 25 approved businesses. Payment does not guarantee approval. Zavrynt may decline businesses that do not fit the platform, cannot document legitimate operations or create a safety, legal or reputational concern. If Zavrynt declines the application, the listing fee will be refunded. The first-year fee covers 12 months from the listing publication date. Renewal pricing will be provided before the next term.

Your Zavrynt Trusted Vendor badge

Approved vendors receive this branded badge for use while their Zavrynt listing remains active and in good standing.

At checkout, choose Payment Methods, then select Card to pay by credit or debit card.

Zavrynt Trusted Vendor badge

Approved vendors receive a Zavrynt Trusted Vendor badge for use on their active Zavrynt profile, website and social media. The badge is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable brand license. It shows that the business has an active Zavrynt listing and completed Zavrynt’s review process; it is not a certification, warranty or guarantee of the vendor’s services.

The badge may be displayed only while the vendor’s listing is active and in good standing. Zavrynt may suspend or remove the listing and require the badge to be removed for credible evidence of fraud, deceptive practices, unsafe or unlawful conduct, material misrepresentation, repeated unresolved customer complaints or misuse of the Zavrynt name or badge. When practical, Zavrynt will give the vendor notice and a reasonable opportunity to respond; urgent safety, legal or consumer-protection concerns may result in immediate suspension. Membership terminated for cause is not eligible for a refund.

After purchase: Complete the Vendor Profile Submission form with your order number, company information, logo and advertising photos. The seven-day publication period begins after payment, approval and receipt of complete materials.
